\nDear Dr. Tyler van Houwelingen,<\/span>
\nThank you very much for making available the <\/span>presentation<\/a> on LENR\u00a0that you are planning to show at the ICCF <\/span>conference <\/a>due\u00a0to take place very soon.<\/span>
\nUnfortunately, the presentation contains some gross errors and inappropriate\u00a0citations of the University of Bologna. Therefore, in our respective capacity as\u00a0Vice Rector for Research of the University of Bologna and as Director of the\u00a0Department of Physics, we kindly ask you to correct the points listed below. We\u00a0also demand that you refrain from quoting the University of Bologna and its\u00a0Department of Physics without our written permission.
\n– Slide 4 : No demo is currently running at the University of Bologna, and never\u00a0had
\n– Slide 5: Dr. Davide Bianchini is NOT a member of the University of Bologna, but\u00a0an external collaborator for radiation protection in health
\n– Slide 14 (1\/2), point 7: Mr. Rossi has not direct access to information of our\u00a0scientists, and never had
\n– Slide 14 (1\/2), point 6: again Dr. Davide Bianchini is not an employee or\u00a0Researcher of the University of Bologna
\n– Slide 15 (2\/2), point 11: In February 2012 with a press relese, the University of\u00a0Bologna stated<\/p>\n

Bologna, 25th January 2012 – The Department of Physics of the\u00a0University of Bologna states that the contract signed in June 2011 between the\u00a0Department of Physics and EFA srl (Andrea Rossi’s Italian company) has been\u00a0cancelled because unfulfilled at the agreed deadline. There is no further\u00a0relationship between the Department and EFA srl based on that contract. However,\u00a0the Department of Physics has made available its expertise and equipments to carry\u00a0out autonomous measurements to provide a scientific answer to the phenomenon of\u00a0“cold fusion” for the benefit of the scientific community and the public opinion.\u00a0The results will be published.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It was never stated that scientists would continue to work with Mr. Rossi or \u00a0support him or his company. We stress that the contract had to be cancelled and was\u00a0never activated.
\n– Slide 16: The Department of Physics never received fron NI equipment donated for\u00a0LENR research, and certainly not for tests of Rossi’s device.<\/span>

  2. a\u00a0met\u00e0 ottobre 2012 l\u2019universit\u00e0 di Bologna rilascier\u00e0 risultati di test dell\u2019e-Cat (ma non c\u2019\u00e8 stata conferma o smentita della notizia da parte di UNIBO).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Concludendo rimaniamo necessariamente in paziente (disperata?) attesa di positive (ma tangibili) novit\u00e0 in grado di accendere una vera speranza per un futuro di energia pulita<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
