\nI PNAS<\/em> anticipano il paper – ma no, non questo<\/strong><\/a>! –\u00a0 “Acute ethanol responses in Drosophila<\/em> are sexually dismorphic”:<\/p>\n
\nStando a un <\/span>paper<\/strong><\/a> del <\/span>consorzio Imagen<\/strong><\/a> – che ne avevano gi\u00e0 collegato <\/span>un altro<\/strong><\/a> al circuito cerebrale della ricompensa e all’abuso di alcol – i topi maschi nei quali viene soppresso sono astemi. E nel cervello di quattordicenni maschi portatori di varianti di quel gene,\u00a0l’attesa di una ricompensa (per aver risolto un compito cognitivo non legato al consumo di alcol) attiva di pi\u00f9 l’area legata alla produzione di dopamina.<\/span>
\nPoi mi studio il paper, ma dubito che il RASGRF-2\u00a0sia “il gene dello sballo” che predestina all’alcolismo, come <\/span>dicono<\/strong><\/a> in <\/span>tanti<\/strong><\/a>.
