Il 14 gennaio scorso al suo promotore in USA Sterling “Obama su Marte” Allan, il dott. Rossi dichiarava che avrebbe prodotto l’e-cat nella sua fabbrica, in una località segreta della Florida, e che alcuni prototipi per uso casalingo erano già stati spediti agli UL per la certificazione.
In febbraio Gary Wright, un cittadino del Nevada affetto da sindrome NIMBY, tra molte altre, inviava una documentazione sulle suddette attività alle autorità preposte, le quali aprivano un’inchiesta e mandavano l’ispettore James Stokes a parlare con il “Dr. Andrea Rossi” della Leonardo Corp., nella sede dell’azienda a Miami.

This is an NRC allegation forwarded to us for investigation. It is alleged that owner is building a cold fusion reactor with no radioactive components that when running emits 511 keV gammas, strength unknown. Investigator talked to owner and found all production, distribution and use of these devices are overseas; therefore no action is required. Owner will seek Underwriter Laboratories (UL) approval for manufacture in the US when the time comes. No further action will be taken on this incident.
