Dear Dr. Tyler van Houwelingen,
Thank you very much for making available the presentation on LENR that you are planning to show at the ICCF conference due to take place very soon.
Unfortunately, the presentation contains some gross errors and inappropriate citations of the University of Bologna. Therefore, in our respective capacity as Vice Rector for Research of the University of Bologna and as Director of the Department of Physics, we kindly ask you to correct the points listed below. We also demand that you refrain from quoting the University of Bologna and its Department of Physics without our written permission.
– Slide 4 : No demo is currently running at the University of Bologna, and never had
– Slide 5: Dr. Davide Bianchini is NOT a member of the University of Bologna, but an external collaborator for radiation protection in health
– Slide 14 (1/2), point 7: Mr. Rossi has not direct access to information of our scientists, and never had
– Slide 14 (1/2), point 6: again Dr. Davide Bianchini is not an employee or Researcher of the University of Bologna
– Slide 15 (2/2), point 11: In February 2012 with a press relese, the University of Bologna stated

Bologna, 25th January 2012 – The Department of Physics of the University of Bologna states that the contract signed in June 2011 between the Department of Physics and EFA srl (Andrea Rossi’s Italian company) has been cancelled because unfulfilled at the agreed deadline. There is no further relationship between the Department and EFA srl based on that contract. However, the Department of Physics has made available its expertise and equipments to carry out autonomous measurements to provide a scientific answer to the phenomenon of “cold fusion” for the benefit of the scientific community and the public opinion. The results will be published.

It was never stated that scientists would continue to work with Mr. Rossi or  support him or his company. We stress that the contract had to be cancelled and was never activated.
– Slide 16: The Department of Physics never received fron NI equipment donated for LENR research, and certainly not for tests of Rossi’s device.

Da 22 passi s’aspetta e spera
Dal “Riassunto alternativo della storia di Rossi  e dell’e-Cat”:

Nel 2012 nuovi elementi di speranza si affacciano all’orizzonte, dall’ormai ufficiale coninvolgimento di NI (National Instruments, che però ad oggi non ha voluto o potuto pubblicare alcun report indipendente su misure del reattore di Rossi o altri).

Ufficiale nel riassunto alternativo, cioè. (vedi commento di Rict, sotto)

Ulteriori novità dovrebbero essere disponibili e a breve; è stato infatti dichiarato dal dott. Rossi che:

1. a inizio settembre test report indipendenti saranno pubblicati (in un evento promozionale dei dichiarati distributori europei ed internazionali dell’ e-Cat);
2. a metà ottobre 2012 l’università di Bologna rilascierà risultati di test dell’e-Cat (ma non c’è stata conferma o smentita della notizia da parte di UNIBO).

L’autore pare dubitarne

Concludendo rimaniamo necessariamente in paziente (disperata?) attesa di positive (ma tangibili) novità in grado di accendere una vera speranza per un futuro di energia pulita

Se non crede che la scienza debba per forza

maneggiare concetti come l’inconscio collettivo di Jung o l’anima collettiva degli esoteristi

potrebbe dar un’occhiata qui, ogni tanto.
