mi sa che l’ho capita solo io, chiedo scusa, pensavo al fatto che il regime se la prende con Dmitry Zimin e con i fisici sostenuti dalla Dynasty Foundation, e non con i FuFisti.
Beh va benissimo se considerano la scienza occidentale un gomblotto e non addestrare tecnici specializzati.
Si riducono in un lampo peggio degli anni ’90 USSR e l’Europa può finalmente ciucciarsi le risorse in santa pace.

per nominare qualcuno professore associato e direttore di un centro di ricerca, bisogna pubblicare un bando di concorso, far valutare le candidature da gente competente, una specie di peer-review. Non è previsto che un primo ministro dia dei soldi e si compri il diritto di nominare chi gli pare. In aprile, un’università aveva accettato, ma i prof si sono ribellati.
